For the last couple of weeks, we have been in contact with Vanessa S., the prosecution's main witness. She allowed us to record a video interview and she filled out a questionnaire. She told us she wanted to set the record straight and that her testimony had been a product of pressure the police and the prosecution had put on her. In accordance with her wishes, we did not publish any of this, as she had been desperately looking for legal representation. Unfortunately, she died yesterday, on Sunday, February 7th, 2021.
We chose not to wait any longer and publish both the transcript of the video call as well as the questionnaire she filled out. Scott's appeals are proceeding and he is running out of time.
